Well, that title may sound like a reach, but it's true. What's the point of having your dream home - something you've spent decades saving and planning for, if you're not in the good health to enjoy it?
When I was looking at various businesses in Seattle, I came across Thrive Nutrition. It's a business that will only do you good if you actually live in Seattle, although it doesn't matter where you live, really, there will by nutritional therapy businesses near you.
There's an old saying, "We are what we eat."
It's self evident, and common sense, that that's true.
People today are so busy that we don't really eat well - it's quicker to shove a TV dinner into the microwave than to spend hours making a fresh meal.
(The solution, of course, is to make batches of food, and to freeze half of it, in separate, servable portions. Then when you're ready for a snack or a meal, just put *that* healthy food into a microwave.)
If you've got any kind of chronic pain or illness, time to visit someone who deals in nutritional therapy, to see what they can do for you.
It won't be an overnight cure, but after a few months - to cleanse the old, bad stuff out of your system and replace it with new, good stuff - you'll feel a helluva lot better!
